产教融合背景下水库调度与管理课程教学改革探索

摘要
产教融合是提高人才培养质量的重要手段,文章根据桂林理工大学水文与水资源工程专业水库调度与管理课程建设现状,以产教融合为抓手,结合人才培养与企业需求,充分结合校企双方的优势,构建"教学研做"一体化教学模式,整合并引入校外优质教学资源,建成"双师制"课程指导体系,形成校企联动、产教融合的协同育人模式,有助于打通教学过程中"产学研用"合作堵点,切实发挥产教融合对人才培养的促进作用.
Abstract
The integration of industry and education is an important measure to improve the quality of talent cultivation.Based on the current situation of the Reservoir Dispatching and Management course in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering major at Guilin University of Technology,this paper takes the integration of industry and education as the entry point,combines talent cultivation with enterprise needs,fully integrated the advantages of both schools and enterprises,then constructs an integrated teaching model of"teaching,learning,researching,and practicing".At the same time,integrating and introducing high-quality teaching resources from enterprises,establishing a"dual teacher"curriculum guidance system,and establishing a collaborative education pattern of school enterprise linkage as well as the integration of industry and education.It helps to break through the bottleneck of cooperation between production,education,research,and application in the teaching process,and effectively plays a promoting role in talent cultivation through the integration of industry and education.
