基于创新创业教育理念的生物信息学教学改革与实践研究

为了培养符合社会需求、具有创新创业能力的新时代大学生,如何将双创教育理念融入生物信息学课程的教学,已成为教学改革实践与探索的一项重要内容。文章以西北民族大学生物工程和生物技术专业的生物信息学课堂教学为例,基于创新创业教育理念,从教学目标、教学资源、教学方式、教学平台、教学实践及考核等多方面进行融合与探索,以发挥学生的主动性和创造性,提高学生的创新能力。
Research on the Reform and Practice of Bioinformatics Teaching Based on the Concept of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education
In order to cultivate new era college students who meet social needs and have innovative and entrepreneurial abilities,how to integrate the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education into the teaching of bioinformatics courses has become an important content of teaching reform practice and exploration.The article takes the classroom teaching of bioinformatics in the majors of bioengineering and biotechnology at Northwest University for Nationalities as an example.Based on the educational concept of innovation and entrepreneurship,it integrates and explores various aspects such as teaching objectives,teaching resources,teaching methods,teaching platforms,teaching practices,and assessments,in order to unleash students'initiative and creativity,and cultivate their innovative abilities.
