Exploration of Psychological Health Issues among Nursing Students in Vocational Colleges
This study aims to explore the mental health issues of nursing students and improve their mental health levels through a series of intervention measures.Using a controlled trial method,two classes of sophomore nursing students were selected as the research subjects.Obtain basic information about students through distributing questionnaires,and evaluate the level of depression and anxiety among students using the Self Rating Depression Scale and Self Rating Anxiety Scale.At the same time,a self-made survey questionnaire was conducted to explore the level of student identification with psychological activities and satisfaction with class activities,and corresponding data processing and statistical analysis were carried out.The research results show that the depression and anxiety levels of the intervention group students are significantly reduced,and class activities are highly recognized by students.Therefore,this study summarized methods such as guiding students to set reasonable goals,enriching class activities,carrying out characteristic psychological activities,and providing relevant support,in order to improve the mental health level and professional ability of vocational nursing students.This is of great significance for achieving the Healthy China strategy and cultivating vocational nursing talents.
