The quality evaluation system for on-the-job internships is an important guarantee for improving the quality of talent cultivation in vocational preschool education.Currently,the quality evaluation of on-the-job internships in preschool education majors in vocational colleges still adopts traditional teaching quality evaluation paradigms,methods,and tools,ignoring the complexity of the on-the-job internship system,which has not fully realized the function and value of quality evaluation.On the basis of analyzing the current difficulties in evaluating the quality of on-the-job internships in preschool education majors in vocational colleges in China,this study explores the quality evaluation system for on-the-job internships in preschool education majors in vocational colleges,and explores the practical path of"dialogue and negotiation,result orientation,diagnosis and improvement"in internship quality evaluation.
