The construction engineering technology major has a wide demand and important position in modem society.With the acceleration of urbanization,the gap in construction engineering technical talents is increasing,and improving the quality of talent cultivation is urgent.Modem apprenticeship is a new type of talent cultivation model,which is more conducive to promoting a high degree of matching between school professional education and social employment needs,and improving the teaching results of construction engineering technology majors.Based on this,this article aims to analyze the modern apprenticeship talent training mode in the field of construction engineering technology,in order to provide some useful references for the development of this field.
