Research on Talent Training Practice of Deep Integration of Medical Innovation in Medical Colleges in Ethnic Regions
The deep integration of medical innovation and talent cultivation in medical colleges in ethnic regions is a practical requirement for solidly promoting the construction of a healthy China,and an inevitable choice for deepening the reform and development of medical education.The current deep integration of medical innovation lacks distinctive content;The integration of medical knowledge is not high;Low student identification and weak teaching staff;The platform is not sound enough,and there are practical problems such as inadequate assistance.Based on this,the article proposes to achieve effective operation of deep integration of medical innovation by focusing on characteristic cultivation,innovation ability cultivation,teacher cultivation,and cultural nurturing;Implementing four measures,namely institutional assistance,financial resource assistance,peer assistance,and service assistance,to ensure the deep integration of medical innovation and better cultivate innovative and versatile medical talents.
