新能源汽车动力电池机械安全教学案例库建设与研究

为满足新能源汽车行业对动力电池方向高质量人才的迫切需求,构建动力电池机械安全教学案例库十分必要。文章针对新能源汽车动力电池人才培养问题,基于学科特点与专业知识,提出了教学案例库的构建方法,分析与梳理了案例库的具体内容和操作过程,研究了案例库在研讨式教学中的积极作用及其对专业硕士研究生培养的促进作用,最后得出动力电池机械安全教学案例库有利于培养理论与实践相结合的创新型人才的结论。
Construction and Research of a Teaching-case Library for Mechanical Safety of the Automotive Battery
To meet the urgent demand for high-quality talents in the field of power batteries in the new energy vehicle industry,it is necessary to build a case library for teaching mechanical safety of power batteries.The article focuses on the issue of talent cultivation for new energy vehicle power batteries.Based on disciplinary characteristics and professional knowledge,a method for constructing a teaching case library is proposed.The specific content and operation process of the case library are analyzed and sorted out.The positive role of the case library in seminar based teaching and its promotion effect on the cultivation of professional master's students are studied.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the power battery mechanical safety teaching case library is conducive to cultivating innovative talents that combine theory and practice.
