Exploration of the Training Path for Student Cadres in Vocational Colleges——Take Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as an example
Student cadres in vocational colleges are capable assistants for counselors to carry out various tasks and play an irreplaceable role in student management.Cultivating good student cadres not only benefits the effectiveness of ideological and political work,but also maximizes the potential of student cadres.The article analyzes the current development status of student cadres in vocational colleges and explores five paths for cultivating student cadres:establishing and improving the selection mechanism for student cadres,strengthening ideological and political guidance for student cadres,improving the psychological quality of student cadres,improving the assessment mechanism for student cadres,and being a good guide for student cadres.
