In recent years,local undergraduate universities have shifted towards application-oriented approaches.As an important force in the construction of talent teams in universities,grassroots administrative personnel are one of the key links in promoting the transformation of local universities into application-oriented ones.Improving the ability of grassroots administrative personnel not only relates to the overall management level of universities,but also inevitably promotes teaching and research in universities.This article combines the current situation of grassroots administrative management in the context of local university transformation,clarifies the existing problems,and puts forward relevant suggestions on how to improve the ability of grassroots administrative personnel,in order to promote the high-level development of university management work.
