Exploration and Practice of Student Record Management in Vocational Colleges
Academic records management is an important part of management work in higher vocational colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the current development status of academic records management in higher vocational colleges and universities from the content of academic records management,summarizes the"academic records management system is not perfect,personnel is not sufficient,the platform has not been applied,and the resources have not been satisfied.Four aspects of the problem,anchored in problem solving,put forward"sound file management system standardize management procedures,adequately equipped with management personnel to build a professional team,promote the construction of digital development to enhance the effectiveness of management,and consolidate the management infrastructure to strengthen the safety and security of the"four management level to enhance the path,in order to provide experience for better management of the school records,in order to provide experience for better management of school records.
