In order to adapt to the reform and development needs of vocational education in China and cultivate more composite skilled talents that meet the needs of enterprise positions,this article conducts literature research and combines existing research results,taking the competency evaluation of vocational college students in the digital background as the research object.Based on competency theory,lifelong learning theory,and career development theory,specific construction strategies for the competency evaluation system of positions are proposed:digital reform empowers job competency evaluation,develops job competency evaluation index system,conducts diversified evaluation,and creates a job competency evaluation platform.The aim of this study is to promote the construction of job competency evaluation models in vocational colleges,laying a foundation for the adjustment of talent training programs.
