摘要
新职教法鼓励在职业教育人才培养中推行中国特色学徒制,鼓励行业、企业、院校共同探索中国特色学徒制人才培养路径.产业学院的建设是推进校企合作、产教融合的一种重要途径,积极探索产业链、教育链、人才链三链融合.文章以工程造价专业人才培养改革探索为案例,对于产业学院建设在三教改革中发挥的作用、运行机制等做了深入的探索和剖析,结果论证了产业学院建设是贯彻推动落实中国特色学徒制的有效途径.
Abstract
the new teaching to encourage in vocational education personnel training for Chinese characteristics apprenticeship,encourage industry,enterprises,colleges and universities to explore the apprenticeship training path with Chinese characteristics,the construction of the college of industry,is to promote university-enterprise cooperation,an important way of fusion,actively explore the industrial chain,education chain,talent chain three chain fusion.The paper takes the exploration of the training reform of engineering cost professionals as a case,and makes in-depth exploration and analysis of the role and operation mechanism of the construction of the industrial college in the reform of the three religions.The results demonstrate that the construction of the industrial college is an effective way to implement and promote the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
