摘要
信息化背景下的教学管理生态系统,涵盖了技术、内容、教师、学生、管理者以及机制等多个方面的因素.文章深入探讨了高职院校在信息化背景下所面临的教学管理生态系统困境,如技术支持不足、数字化资源质量低下、师生技术应用能力有限以及评价反馈机制不完善等,提出了强化软硬件支撑、完善数字化资源建设、提升师生技术应用能力以及健全评价反馈机制等路径,实现教学管理的优化与提升,促进教育教学持续发展.
Abstract
The teaching management ecosystem under the background of informatization covers multiple factors such as technology,content,teachers,students,managers,and mechanisms.The article delves into the difficulties faced by vocational colleges in the teaching management ecosystem under the background of informatization,such as insufficient technical support,low quality of digital resources,limited technical application capabilities of teachers and students,and imperfect evaluation and feedback mechanisms.It proposes paths such as strengthening software and hardware support,improving digital resource construction,enhancing technical application capabilities of teachers and students,and improving evaluation and feedback mechanisms to optimize and improve teaching management and promote the sustainable development of education and teaching.
