摘要
为了切实提高教学质量,打造"金课",秉承"知识传授、能力提升、价值塑造"有机融合的"三位一体"教学理念,"组织行为学"教学改革势在必行.文章聚焦"组织行为学"教学研究现状,完善课程教学大纲,确定知识、能力和价值塑造目标;丰富教学内容,开发两个教学资源库,提高教学的"四度";探索以学生为中心的成果导向教育教学实践.
Abstract
In order to effectively improve the quality of teaching,create"golden course",adhere to the"Trinity"teaching idea of"knowledge imparting,ability promotion and value shaping",the teaching reformation of Organizational Behavior must be carried out.This article focuses on the teaching and research status of Organizational Behavior,improves the curriculum syllabus and determines the knowledge,ability and value shaping of teaching goals;enriches the teaching content,developes two teaching resource databases,and enhances the"four degrees"of teaching;explores the teaching practice of student-centered outcome based education(OBE).
