The article systematically explores the construction and implementation strategies of an integrated education model for employment and entrepreneurship in vocational colleges.The article first proposes the necessity of curriculum restructuring,emphasizing the importance of cross-border integration and project driven.Next,the key role of teaching method reform and teacher improvement was elaborated,as well as the construction of a dual teacher and enterprise mentor parallel teacher team.The article also discusses in detail the implementation strategies of phased and progressive implementation,personalized education path design,dynamic adjustment and optimization mechanisms,and emphasizes the role of institutional innovation,policy support,resource integration and platform construction,as well as the construction of quality monitoring and evaluation systems.Finally,the future development trends of the integrated education model for employment and entrepreneurship in vocational colleges were discussed.
