城乡教育一体化视域下河北省乡村小规模学校建设保障机制研究

本研究以城乡教育一体化为背景,对河北省乡村小规模学校的建设保障机制进行了深入分析,通过对河北省乡村小规模学校的调查与研究,得出了乡村教育资源配置不均、教育质量参差不齐、师资力量不足等问题,并提出了完善政策体系、优化教育资源配置、加强师资队伍建设等具体建议,旨在为推动河北省乡村小规模学校建设发展提供理论依据和政策建议,促进城乡教育均衡发展,提高乡村教育质量.
Abstract
This study takes the integration of urban and rural education as the background and conducts an in-depth analysis of the construction guarantee mechanism of rural small-scale schools in Hebei Province.Through investigation and research on rural small-scale schools in Hebei Province,problems such as uneven allocation of rural education resources,uneven education quality,and insufficient teacher resources are identified.Specific suggestions are proposed to improve the policy system,optimize education resource allocation,and strengthen teacher team construction.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and policy recommendations for promoting the construction and development of rural small-scale schools in Hebei Province,promote balanced development of urban and rural education,and improve the quality of rural education.
