A Survey and Research on the Cultivation Path of Professional Identity among Undergraduate Students Majoring in Preschool Education——Taking Zhengzhou G College as an Example
The article takes the preschool education major of Zhengzhou G College as an example,and uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to conduct a survey and research on the freshmen to juniors of the preschool education major at the school.The study found that 56.41%of the students at the school have a lower sense of professional identity,and there are differences in the sense of identity among students of different names,regions of origin,and grades.After analysis,it was found that the status of professional disciplines,the courses offered,the teaching level of teachers,career development potential,job opportunities,and salaries all affect the changes in students'professional identity.Students can enhance their professional identity by strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,improving curriculum reform,and adding practical career planning guidance.
