Research on the Professional Development of Rural Kindergarten Teachers in L City under the Background of Building an Education Strong Country
Preschool education is an important component of China's education system,and preschool teachers are a solid force in the teaching staff,playing an irreplaceable role in building an educational powerhouse.With the development of preschool education,the professional level of urban kindergarten teachers has achieved significant development,but the development of rural early childhood education is still relatively lagging behind,especially in impoverished rural areas where kindergarten teachers generally have outdated concepts,low cultural level,insufficient abilities,and low professional level.The article proposes corresponding strategies and suggestions to address these issues,in order to promote the professional development level of rural kindergarten teachers and improve the quality of preschool education.
