摘要
新时代,劳动教育对于培养大学生的综合素质和社会责任感具有重要意义.但目前,部分高校的劳动教育还存在劳动教育观念滞后、课程设置简单、师资力量薄弱、评价体系不完善等问题.高校应从课程的设计和管理、鼓励和支持师生开展劳动教育创新实践、完善劳动教育评价体系、加强劳动教育文化建设、加大劳动教育资源投入等方面着手,推动高校劳动教育向深向上发展.
Abstract
In the new era,labor education is of great significance in cultivating the comprehensive quality and social responsibility of college students.However,currently,some universities still face problems such as outdated labor education concepts,simple curriculum design,weak teaching staff,and imperfect evaluation systems in their labor education.Universities should start with curriculum design and management,encourage and support teachers and students to carry out innovative practices in labor education,improve the evaluation system of labor education,strengthen the construction of labor education culture,and increase investment in labor education resources to promote the deep and upward development of labor education in universities.
