新时代高校经管类大学生创新创业能力培育体系构建

新时代大学生创新创业能力培育是国家人才培育、科技创新的客观要求，以及高校落实立德树人根本任务、促进内涵式发展的迫切需要。目前高校面临着大学生创新创业意识与能力不够强，高校创新创业教育体系有待完善，创新创业教育与社会需求存在一定脱节等诸多挑战。未来高校经管类大学生创新创业能力培育体系应通过优化课程设置、加强师资队伍建设、搭建实践平台、营造文化氛围等措施来构建与实践。
The Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Cultivation for College Students Majoring in Economics and Management in the New Era
In the context of the new era,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among college students is an objective requirement for national personnel training and technological innovation,as well as an urgent need for universities to implement moral education and promote connotative development.The cultivation currently faces many challenges,such as insufficient awareness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students,incomplete innovation and entrepreneurship education system in universities,and certain disconnection between innovation and entrepreneurship education and social needs.In the future,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among college students majoring in economics and management should be constructed and practiced through measures such as optimizing curriculum design,strengthening faculty construction,building practical platforms,and creating a cultural atmosphere.
