The quality of teaching work,as the foundation of an open university,is also an important manifestation of its core competitiveness.It is necessary to conduct a scientific and reasonable evaluation of it.However,at present,there are some imperfections in the quality evaluation system of open university teaching work,such as the lack of effectiveness of evaluation methods and unscientific evaluation standards.Based on this,by elaborating on the content of the quality evaluation system for open university teaching work,clarifying the specific problems that currently exist,and formulating targeted optimization strategies,the aim is to effectively improve the effectiveness of the quality evaluation system for open university teaching work,thereby further enhancing its overall teaching quality and service level.
