基于华为职业认证的"岗课赛证"融通人才培养模式探究

摘要
随着"岗课赛证"综合育人机制的构建,广东创新科技职业学院计算机网络技术专业积极开展专业建设与改革,结合专业自身发展现状,联合企业共同开展基于华为职业认证的"岗课赛证"融通人才培养模式改革,并评价改革实施的效果.改革主要从课程体系、教学过程、教学评价三方面着手,以期通过上述改革实践,实现职业认证大纲和课程教学内容的精准对接,使职业教育更契合ICT产业发展,提升人才培养质量及就业竞争力.
Abstract
With the proposal of the comprehensive education mechanism of"job course competition certification",the Computer Network Technology major of Guangdong Innovation and Technology Vocational College actively carries out professional construction and reform.Combining with the current development status of the major,it collaborates with enterprises to jointly carry out the reform of the"job course competition certification"integrated talent training mode based on Huawei vocational certification,and evaluates the effectiveness of the reform implementation.The reform mainly starts from three aspects:curriculum system,teaching process,and teaching evaluation,in order to achieve precise integration of vocational certification outline and curriculum teaching content through the above reform practices,make vocational education more in line with the development of the ICT industry,improve the quality of talent cultivation and employment competitiveness.
