基于AGIL模型的高校"管理会计+"人才培养模式研究

在新兴技术的引领下,会计行业向信息化、数字化、智能化方向转型成为必然趋势,会计人才培养模式也亟须调整。文章针对目前高校会计人才培养模式中存在的问题,引入帕森斯AGIL模型,分别从适应功能(A)、目标达成功能(G)、整合功能(I)和模式维持功能(L)四个方面对会计人才培养模式进行改革设计,以期为高校会计人才培养提供参考,提升高校人才培养质量。
Research on the Talent Training Model of"Management Accounting+"in Universities Based on AGIL Model
Under the guidance of emerging technologies,the transformation of accounting industry to information,digital and intelligent direction has become an inevitable trend,and the training mode of accounting talents also needs to be adjusted.Considering that there are many problems in the current accounting talent training model in colleges and universities,this paper introduces Parsons AGIL model to reform the training mode in four ways:adaptation features(A),goal accomplished function(G),integrations(I)and maintain function(L),in order to provide reference for the training of accounting talents in colleges and universities.Improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities to better meet the needs of the development of The Times.
