摘要
目的:对临床药师参与临床医学实习生带教模式进行初步探索,以期为实习生的带教实践提供参考.方法:通过实施相应的教学模式,对临床药师参与临床医学实习生带教进行探讨和分析.结果:临床医学实习生对药学知识的掌握程度得以提升,合理用药意识有所增强,并形成了药品不良反应监测和上报的观念.结论:临床医学实习生的带教实践取得了预期效果,为临床医学生向临床医生角色的转变打下了一定的基础,有利于提高临床用药的合理性.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the participation of clinical pharmacists in the teaching mode of clinical medical interns,in order to provide reference for the teaching practice of interns.Method:By implementing corresponding teaching models,explore and analyze the participation of clinical pharmacists in teaching clinical medical interns.Result:Clinical medical interns have improved their mastery of pharmaceutical knowledge,enhanced their awareness of rational drug use,and developed a concept of monitoring and reporting adverse drug reactions.Conclusion:The teaching practice of clinical medical interns has achieved the expected results,laying a certain foundation for the transformation of clinical medical students into clinical doctors and promoting the rationality of clinical medication.
