摘要
计算机专业研究生创新创业能力培养是人才培养的重要内容之一.文章分析了计算机专业研究生校企协同育人的现状和存在的问题,以沈阳工业大学创新育人模式为例,提出以校企资源整合为基础、"一引领,四主体,一平台"顶层设计为指导的"1+4+1"产教研协同育人教学模式,并从研究生培养方案优化、育人实践教学基地建设、多元化评价体系构建、导师双创能力提升等方面阐述该模式的教学实践,最后总结了人才培养的效果,为高校开展研究生校企协同育人提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability for graduate students majoring in computer science is one of the important contents of talent cultivation.The article discusses the current situation and existing problems of collaborative education between graduate students and enterprises in this major.Taking the innovative education model of Shenyang University of Technology as an example,it proposes a"1+4+1"collaborative education model based on the integration of school enterprise resources and guided by the top-level design of"one leading,four main bodies,and one platform".The article also elaborates on the teaching practice of this model from the optimization of graduate training programs,construction of educational practice teaching bases,construction of diversified evaluation systems,and improvement of mentors'entrepreneurial abilities.Finally,the article summarizes the effectiveness of talent cultivation,providing reference and inspiration for universities to carry out collaborative education between graduate schools and enterprises.
