Exploring the value-added evaluation of basic education in depth is of great significance for the evaluation of education in China in the new era.Value added evaluation is an evaluation that strives to go beyond the inherent evaluation perspective.In the application of basic education,it scientifically evaluates students,teachers,schools,etc.through the analysis of relevant value-added data.The article first analyzes the implementation difficulties of value-added evaluation,then explores its reasons,and finally proposes an optimization path for updating the concept of value-added evaluation,expanding the subject of value-added evaluation,optimizing value-added evaluation management,and creating a value-added evaluation system.The aim is to explore the value-added evaluation of basic education and provide assistance and reference for implementing moral education and achieving educational equity.
