平面应力模型是三维工程问题简化为二维力学模型的重要方法之一,也是本科生力学课程的重要知识点.文章基于平面应力模型的知识点论述,结合河南理工大学平面应力型相似模拟平台的建设,介绍了平面应力型相似模拟平台在解决实际采矿工程问题中的应用,并以本科生相似模拟实验教学为案例,介绍了平面应力型相似模拟平台的教学过程.通过实验教学,提高了学生运用基础力学模型解决实际工程问题的能力,对加深学生对专业知识点的理解、培养其创新能力具有积极意义.
The plane stress model is one of the methods for transforming 3D engineering problems into 2D mechanical model,which is also one of the key points of the mechanical courses for bachelor students.The plane stress model was discussed in this paper,what is more,the analog simulation platform constructed in Henan Polytechnic University was used in teaching procedure for bachelor students.The effects of the analog simulation platform in solving engineering problems were also analyzed.The process of adoption of the analog simulation platform in teaching plane stress model for bachelor students was introduced based on the simulation experimental course.The results show that the ability of solving engineering problem of students is improved significantly,which is meaningful for understanding the mechanical theory and cultivating innovation ideas.
