工匠精神融入职业院校思想政治教育的策略研究

摘要
文章针对当前职业院校思想政治教育中存在的问题,探讨了工匠精神在思想政治教育中的价值,提出了将工匠精神融入课程体系与教材内容、营造校园文化中的工匠精神氛围、建立科学合理的实践教学评价体系、强化与企业合作培养学生工匠精神等具体策略,以期为职业院校学生工匠精神的培养提供参考.
Abstract
This article explores the value of craftsmanship spirit in ideological and political education in current vocational colleges,and proposes specific strategies such as integrating craftsmanship spirit into the curriculum and textbook content,creating an atmosphere of craftsmanship spirit in campus culture,establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for practical teaching,and strengthening cooperation with enterprises to cultivate student craftsmanship spirit.The aim is to provide reference for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among vocational college students.
