摘要
药理学是护理学专业开设的一门专业必修课,建设药理学混合式一流课程是培养高素质护理学专业人才的保障.教学团队从护理学人才培养的需求出发,基于"学生为主体,教师为主导"的教学理念,完善药理学课程建设体系,优化教学改革思路,整合教学内容,应用先进的教学方法,探索面向护理学专业的线上线下混合式教学创新模式,以提高教师素质和课程教学质量,提高学生的学习积极性,培养高素养的护理人才.
Abstract
Pharmacology is a compulsory course offered by the nursing major,and building a mixed first-class course in pharmacology is a guarantee for cultivating high-quality nursing professionals.Starting from the needs of nursing talent cultivation,the teaching team adopts the teaching philosophy of"student-centered and teacher led",improves the construction of pharmacology courses,optimizes teaching reform ideas,integrates teaching content,applies advanced teaching methods,and explores innovative online and offline hybrid teaching models for nursing majors,in order to improve teacher quality and teaching quality,enhance student enthusiasm,and cultivate high-quality nursing talents.
