随着经济社会发展、科技进步加速推进,职业教育和普通教育的联系日益密切。普职互通成为教育界和社会各界谈论的热点,同时成为新时代推进国家教育体系优化的改革方向。文章以贵州省中等职业院校为研究对象,探讨中等职业教育建设普职互通的掣肘因素,提出加强普职互通顶层政策设计,推进普职课程改革实现精准发展,制订普职互通全方位评价机制,进而提升办学质量,凸显普职互通特色,以促进普职教育同生共长、共通共融。
Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Cultivating Talents for Universal Vocational Exchange in Secondary Vocational Education in Guizhou Province
With the acceleration of economic and social development and technological progress,the connection between vocational education and general education is becoming increasingly close.Universal vocational connectivity has become a hot topic of discussion in the education sector and various sectors of society,and has also become a reform direction for promoting the optimization of the national education system in the new era.The article takes secondary vocational colleges in Guizhou Province as the research object,explores the constraining factors in the construction of universal vocational education,proposes to strengthen the top-level policy design of universal vocational education,promote the reform of universal vocational courses to achieve precise development,formulate a comprehensive evaluation mechanism for universal vocational education,improve the quality of education,highlight the characteristics of universal vocational education,and promote mutual growth and integration of universal vocational education.
