Application of PBL Teaching Method Combined with Min-CEX Assessment in the Clinical Teaching of Anesthesiology——Taking the preoperative evaluation by resident physicians as an example
Objective:To explore the application value of PBL combined with Min-CEX scale evaluation in clinical teaching.Methods:80 students were selected from the anesthesia doctors in North Jiangsu People's Hospital,divided into two groups to adopt PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method,and assessed and feedback with the Mini-CEX scale.Results:In the preoperative evaluation of anesthesia,the scores of the two groups were statistically significant in doctor-patient communication skills,medical history consultation skills,clinical judgment skills,and preoperative anesthesia education(P<0.05)and higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of PBL combined with Min-CEX scale in clinical teaching of anesthesiology helps to improve students'consultation skills,communication skills,anesthesia education and other clinical practice abilities.
