A Study on the Relationship between School Belongingness and Achievement Motivation of Preschool Normal Students——The complete mediating effect of interpersonal communication efficacy
Against the backdrop of a continuous decline in birth rates and a decrease in the number of kindergartens,the employment of kindergarten teachers is affected,which may in turn affect the achievement motivation of preschool teacher trainees.In order to comprehensively understand the psychological development status of preschool normal students and deeply analyze the interaction relationship between school sense of belonging,achievement motivation,and interpersonal communication efficacy,this study focuses on 533 preschool normal students.The results show that a sense of school belonging can significantly enhance the interpersonal communication efficacy of preschool normal students,and interpersonal communication efficacy has a positive promoting effect on the formation of achievement motivation.Therefore,a sense of school belonging also has a positive impact on achievement motivation.Further exploration reveals that interpersonal communication efficacy plays a completely mediating role.
