摘要
文章以西南边疆民族地区高校为样本,阐述高校毕业生返乡创业与乡村振兴的联动性,指出当前高校毕业生返乡创业与乡村振兴联动在政策扶持、教育引导、环境营造、价值认知等方面的困境,提出地方政府、高校、乡村和学生个人"四位一体"强化乡村创业政策扶持的精准性、强化乡村创业教育的针对性、打造多维乡村创业环境、提升乡村创业素养,为全面推进乡村振兴提供助推器力量.
Abstract
The article takes universities in the ethnic minority areas of southwestern border areas as samples to explain the linkage between college graduates returning home for entrepreneurship and rural revitalization.It points out the current difficulties in policy support,educational guidance,environmental creation,and value cognition in the linkage between college graduates returning home for entrepreneurship and rural revitalization.It proposes that local governments,universities,rural areas,and individual students should strengthen the precision of rural entrepreneurship policy support,enhance the pertinence of rural entrepreneurship education,create a multidimensional rural entrepreneurship environment,and improve rural entrepreneurship literacy,providing a driving force for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.
