摘要
新时代,科技创新的重要性日益凸显.高校作为科技创新的策源地,肩负着科技自立自强的时代重任.科研管理工作是保障高校科研工作顺利开展的重要支撑,在科技创新的过程中发挥着不容忽视的作用.文章从内涵、外延、要求三个方面阐述了高校二级学院的科研管理工作现状,分析了存在的问题与不足,并提出了顺应新时代要求的高校二级学院科研管理工作创新思路和举措,旨在为实现高校科研的高质量发展提供有力支撑.
Abstract
In the new era,the importance of technological innovation is increasingly prominent.As the birthplace of technological innovation,universities shoulder the important responsibility of the times for technological self-reliance and self-improvement.Research management work is an important support for ensuring the smooth development of scientific research in universities,and plays an indispensable role in the process of scientific and technological innovation.The article elaborates on the current situation of scientific research management in secondary colleges of universities from three aspects:connotation,extension,and requirements,analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings,and proposes innovative ideas and measures for scientific research management in secondary colleges of universities to meet the requirements of the new era,aiming to provide strong support for achieving high-quality development of scientific research in universities.
