开放大学在线直播教学中的问题及对策——以"儿童心理学"课程为例

当前,开放大学直播教学存在学生参与积极性不够,教学内容适切性不强,教学过程互动不多等问题.文章从学习者、教学者、直播课程及教学环境等四个方面分析了影响因素,提出准确把握学情,激发学习积极性;优化教学设计,增强内容适切性;以学生为中心,提升课程互动性;开展教学督导,加强质量评估等提升策略,为开放大学改善直播教学现状提供借鉴与参考.
At present,there are problems in live teaching in open universities,such as insufficient student participation,weak relevance of teaching content,and limited interaction in the teaching process.This article analyzes the influencing factors from four aspects:learners,educators,live courses,and teaching environment,and proposes to accurately grasp the learning situation and stimulate learning enthusiasm;Optimize teaching design and enhance content relevance;Putting students at the center and enhancing course interactivity;Carry out teaching supervision,strengthen quality evaluation and other improvement strategies to provide reference and reflection for improving the current situation of live teaching in open universities.
