摘要
建立在企业的产业学院利用企业真实的环境、真实的生产车间、真实的设备,在企业师父的指导下,学生参与真实的产品设计及制造,助力学生成长为合格的企业员工.文章以广西机电名嘉焊接产业学院为例,分析了产业学院的商谈、合同签订、学生动员、入驻、课程体系调整、遇到问题的处理、报酬发放、表彰等事项,对校外产业学院的运行进行总结.
Abstract
Based on the Industrial College of enterprises,students participate in the design and manufacture of real products under the guidance of real enterprise masters by using the real environment of enterprises,real production workshops and real equipment,help students grow into qualified employees.The article takes Guangxi Jidian-mingjia Welding Industry College as an example,this paper analyzes the negotiation,contract signing,student mobilization,moving in,course system adjustment,problem handling,summary and commendation of industrial college,to summarize the establishment and operation of industry college outside campus.
