高质量发展背景下民办本科高校产教融合体制机制研究——以西安明德理工学院为例

产教融合是适应高质量发展背景下人才培养需求转变的必经之路,但当前民办本科高校产教融合在管理体制、运行机制、评价机制、激励机制上存在诸多问题,这是产教融合体制机制不健全所导致的。文章以西安明德理工学院为例,提出"互利共赢"的管理体制、"多元协同"的运行机制、"多元主体"的评价机制、"利益驱动"的激励机制,构建政、行/企、校协同推进的工作格局,以期为民办本科高校产教深度融合提供启发与借鉴。
Research on the System and Mechanism of Industry Education Integration in Private Undergraduate Universities under the Background of High Quality Development——Take Xi'an Mingde Institute of Technology as an example
The integration of industry and education is a necessary path to adapt to the changing needs of talent cultivation in the context of high-quality development.However,there are many problems in the management system,operation mechanism,evaluation mechanism,and incentive mechanism of the integration of industry and education in private undergraduate universities,which is caused by the imperfect system and mechanism of the integration of industry and education.The paper takes Xi'an Mingde Institute of Technology as an example to propose a management system of"mutual benefit and win-win",an operational mechanism of"diversified collaboration",an evaluation mechanism of"diversified subjects",and an incentive mechanism of"interest driven".It constructs a work pattern of coordinated promotion of government,industry/enterprise,and school,in order to provide inspiration and reference for the deep integration of industry and education in private undergraduate universities.
