摘要
在共建"一带一路"倡议和构建人类命运共同体的背景下,矿业类专业人才全球胜任力短缺问题日益凸显.矿业类专业人才全球胜任力提升,有助于促进国际矿业合作与交流,提升专业技术与管理国际化水准,掌握在行业规则制订中的国际话语权.通过培养目标顶层设计、本土国际化培养、国际教育项目融合等多元化策略提升人才的全球视野和跨文化沟通能力,实现矿业类专业人才全球胜任力的提升,可为各专业领域国际化人才培养提供参考.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the new era characterized by initiatives like the Belt and Road Initiative and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,the shortage of global competency among professionals in the mining industry has become increasingly prominent.Enhancing the global competency of professionals in the mining industry contributes to promoting international cooperation and exchange,elevating the international standards of professional technology and management,and grasping the international discourse power in the formulation of industry regulations.By adopting diverse strategies such as top-level design,localized internationalization training,and integration of international education programs,we can enhance global perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills,thus realizing the improvement of global competency among professionals in the mining industry.This can serve as a reference for the internationalization of talent cultivation across various professional fields.
