An Analysis of the Reform Path of Professional English Teaching——Taking the Aircraft Maintenance Major in Vocational Colleges as an Example
Professional English is a course offered by most majors in higher education institutions,which is the foundation for applying professional theory to practice.However,there are many problems in its teaching.The article takes the aircraft maintenance major in aviation vocational colleges as an example to analyze the problems in its basic language teaching,and combines the specific requirements of"job course competition certification"and integrated theory and practice teaching.It proposes measures such as school enterprise collaboration to revise talent training plans and curriculum standards,innovate teaching models,establish a professional teaching team,and develop new loose leaf textbooks to promote the comprehensive improvement of students'knowledge,skills,and literacy.
