职业素养培养视域下师范类学生能力发展路径研究

摘要
随着我国基础教育改革的深入推进,基础教育师资建设正从规模扩张向高质量发展阶段迈进,同时也对师范教育提出了新的要求和挑战.文章主要从我国基础教育师资建设和师范类学生职业发展的现实需求出发,对当前师范类院校人才培养模式在课程设置、职业认知和实践能力等层面存在的突出问题进行系统梳理,并在此基础上提出相应的对策和建议,力图从优化课程设置、丰富实践教学、加强师资建设、注重全过程培养等层面出发,推动师范类院校人才培养模式创新发展,全面提升师范类学生的职业素养和能力.
Abstract
With the deepening of China's basic education reform,the construction of basic education teachers is moving from a stage of scale expansion to a stage of high-quality development,while also posing new requirements and challenges for teacher education.This article mainly starts from the practical needs of the construction of basic education teachers and the career development of teacher training students in China.It systematically sorts out the prominent problems in the current talent training mode of teacher training colleges in terms of curriculum design,professional cognition,and practical ability.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,aiming to optimize curriculum design,enrich practical teaching,strengthen teacher construction,and focus on whole process training,Promote the innovative development of talent training models in teacher training colleges,and comprehensively enhance the professional qualities and abilities of teacher training students.
