摘要

积极心理学作为当前西方心理学研究领域的热点思潮,倡导关注积极体验、积极人格和积极的社会组织系统.文章以积极心理学理论关照高职院校辅导员育人实践,尝试结合辅导员学生工作实际,探究积极心理学指导辅导员育人实践的理论逻辑,并在此基础上提出创造积极的沉浸体验、开展普遍的幸福教育、构建多元的支持系统三项优化育人实践的有效策略,以期实现惠及全体学生的积极教育.

Abstract

As a hot trend in the field of current western psychology,positive psychology advocates paying attention to positive emotional experience,positive personality traits and positive social organization system.From the perspective of positive psychology theory,this paper attempts to explore the theoretical logic of positive psychology theory to guide the education practice of college counselors in combination with the practical work of students,and puts forward three effective strategies to optimize the educational practice:creating immersive experience,promoting universal happiness education,and building a diversified support system,so as to realize positive education in all students.
