青年教师作为高等工程教育的主体,承担着工程人才培养的重任,地方高校新工科建设对青年教师的工程能力培养提出了新的要求.文章针对高校青年教师的教学现状及发展困境,提出了"赛教融合"实践教学新模式.通过鼓励青年教师积极参与研讨会与教学竞赛等拓宽青年教师学科视野,增强其教学水平和工程设计能力;通过指导学生参与学科竞赛,培养青年教师的实践教学意识,提升其工程实践和应用能力."赛教融合"实践教学新模式对培养符合时代要求的青年教师,提升青年教师的工程能力,助推学校新工科建设发展具有深远意义.
As the main body of higher engineering education,young teachers bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating engineering talents.The construction of new engineering disciplines in local universities has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of engineering abilities of young teachers.The article proposes a new practical teaching model of"integration of competition and education"in response to the current teaching situation and development difficulties of young teachers in universities.By encouraging young teachers to actively participate in seminars and teaching competitions,we aim to broaden their disciplinary perspectives and enhance their teaching level and engineering design abilities;By guiding students to participate in subject competitions,cultivating the practical teaching awareness of young teachers,and enhancing their engineering practice and application abilities.The new model of"integration of competition and education"in practical teaching has profound significance in cultivating young teachers who meet the requirements of the times,enhancing their engineering abilities,and promoting the development of new engineering disciplines in schools.
