多学科交叉背景下金融工程学课程教学探索与实践

2023年中央金融工作会议提出"加快建设金融强国"的目标。高素质金融人才队伍是建设金融强国的重要支撑,如何培养满足经济社会发展需求的复合型、应用型金融人才成为政府部门和学术界研究的热点课题。文章以经济与金融专业金融工程学课程为例,采用整合跨学科知识、数字化教学、项目式教学、循证教学评价来促进课程教学多学科交叉融合,并按照BOPPPS模型安排教学流程,推动课程教学不断优化升级,全方位提高金融人才培养质量。
Exploration and Practice of Financial Engineering Course Teaching in the Context of Multidisciplinary Intersection
The 2023 Central Financial Work Conference proposed the goal of accelerating the construction of a strong financial country.A high-quality financial talent team is an important support for building a strong financial country.How to cultivate composite and applied financial talents that meet the needs of economic and social development has become a hot research topic for government departments and academia.The article takes the course of Financial Engineering in Economics and Finance as an example,and adopts the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge,digital teaching,project-based teaching,and evidence-based teaching evaluation to promote the interdisciplinary integration of course teaching.And arrange the teaching process according to the BOPPPS model,promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of course teaching,and comprehensively improve the quality of financial talent training.
