摘要
中职护理实习生在临床实习这一年里,存在身份转变、情绪波动、人际压力等问题,学校、家庭、班主任应转变观念,重视实习期间的思想引导,掌握中职护理实习生各阶段的心理特点和可能存在的矛盾,主动利用"学习通"、"腾讯会议"、QQ等软件,探索开展中职护理实习生主题班会的新形式,既及时化解矛盾,又渗透中华民族传统美德,做到全员、全程、全方位育人.
Abstract
During the year of clinical internship,vocational nursing interns have encountered issues such as identity change,emotional fluctuations,and interpersonal pressure.Schools,families,and class teachers should change their mindset,attach importance to ideological guidance during the internship,grasp the psychological characteristics and potential conflicts of vocational nursing interns at different stages,and actively use software such as"Xuexi Tong","Tencent Meeting",and QQ to explore new forms of themed class meetings for vocational nursing interns.This not only timely resolves conflicts,but also permeates traditional Chinese virtues,achieving all-round education for all staff.
