摘要

数字化有机嵌入中国高等教育助力其高质量发展,有利于推动数字中国建设、开创教育强国新局面.数字化从公平性、人本性、共享性、创新性和协同性五个方面驱动高等教育高质量发展,赋能过程面临教育主体数字素养凸显不足、教育资源数字建设亟须加强、教育评价监测数字化转型亟待强化和教育数字化治理体系仍不完善等诸多挑战,基于此,文章提出培育多方数字素养、拓展教育教学动态评价监测体系、创新数字化协同驱动模式、推动教育治理数字化转变等应对路径.

Abstract

The organic integration of digitalization into China's higher education helps promote its high-quality development,which is conducive to promoting the construction of a digital China and creating a new situation of an education powerhouse.Digitization drives the high-quality development of higher education from five aspects:fairness,human nature,sharing,innovation,and collaboration.The empowerment process faces many challenges,such as insufficient digital literacy of educational subjects,urgent need to strengthen digital construction of educational resources,urgent need to strengthen digital transformation of educational evaluation and monitoring,and imperfect educational digital governance system.Based on this,it is proposed to cultivate multi-party digital literacy,expand the dynamic evaluation and monitoring system of education and teaching,innovate digital collaborative driving models,and promote the digital transformation of educational governance response path.
