铁路专业高职院校安全教育现状及解决路径探讨

摘要
铁路安全是总体国家安全的重要组成部分,铁路专业高职院校承担着培养铁路一线技术工人的重要责任,如何有效培养"素质高、技能强、安全通"的新时代铁路人是铁路专业高职院校需要重点研究的课题.为了达成这一目标,课题组奔赴部分铁路企业开展现场调研,总结出目前铁路专业高职院校安全教育的现状和存在的问题,分别从注重教学改革、培养"双师型"教师、促进校企合作、创新培训模式、探索与思想政治教育之间的融合途径等五个方面提出了解决路径,为铁路专业高职院校培养高质量铁路人才奠定基础.
Abstract
Railway safety is an important component of overall national security,and railway vocational colleges bear the important responsibility of cultivating railway frontline technical workers.How to effectively cultivate new era railway personnel with high quality,strong skills,and safety is a key research topic for railway vocational colleges.In order to achieve this goal,the research team went to some railway enterprises to conduct on-site research and summarized the current situation and existing problems of safety education in railway vocational colleges.They proposed solutions from five aspects:focusing on teaching reform,cultivating"dual teacher"teachers,promoting school enterprise cooperation,innovating training models,and exploring integration
