应用型人才培养视域下高校教学管理现状分析

摘要
应用型人才培养是现代高校教学发展的重点.结合新时代人才的特征和市场的需求,高校教育应坚定不移地走应用型人才培养道路,将为社会培养高素质、复合型、技能型人才作为高校教学实践培养的重要目标.教学管理是推动应用型人才培养模式实施的支撑.文章从实践层面探讨了新形势下高校教学管理的现状,分析了高校教学管理现存的问题,并提出相应的解决对策和措施,以完善新时代应用型人才培养体系构建,将应用型人才培养落到实处.
Abstract
The cultivation of applied talents is a key focus of modern university teaching development.Based on the characteristics of talents in the new era and the needs of the market,higher education should firmly follow the path of cultivating applied talents,and regard cultivating high-quality,compound,and skilled talents for society as an important goal of teaching practice and training in higher education.Teaching management is the support for promoting the implementation of the applied talent training model.The article explores the current situation of teaching management models in universities under the new situation from a practical perspective,analyzes the existing problems in teaching management in universities,and proposes corresponding solutions and measures to improve the construction of the new era's applied talent training system and implement it in practice.
