摘要

教学督导作为教学质量监控与保障体系的核心环节,旨在全面监管学校的教学工作,包括对教学工作实施日常监督、检查指导、定期评估、调查研究等,对稳定教学秩序和提高教学质量起着不可替代的作用.目前大多数高校在教学督导工作运行中仍存在一些亟须解决的问题,文章基于OBE教育理念,以河南工学院为例,探索高校教学督导工作运行的有效路径,以期提高教学督导工作实效,实现学校教学质量提升.

Abstract

Teaching supervision is the core part of the teaching quality monitoring and security system,its main task is to supervise,inspect,evaluate,guide,conduct research and consultation on the teaching work of the entire school,playing an irreplaceable role in stabilizing teaching order and improving teaching quality.At present,there are still some urgent problems that need to be solved in the operation of teaching supervision work in most universities.Based on the OBE education viewpoint and taking Henan Institute of Technology as an example,exploring effective paths for the operation of teaching supervision work in universities can promote the effectiveness of teaching supervision work and achieve the improvement of school teaching quality.
