University biological laboratory safety has long been widely concerned by the public because it involves a large number of biological samples.This study introduced the 4R crisis management theory into the biological laboratory management,and organized out the safety management problems according to the"reduction-readiness-r esponse-recovery"four stages of targeted management.Management measures and emergency plans for safety management problems were formulated in order to establish an objective,predictive,scientific laboratory safety management model.This paper will provide new management ideas for the response and disposal of safety problems in university biology laboratories.
