摘要
工作室模式是高职院校实施创新人才培养的有效方式与实践途径,文章分析了智能制造装备技术专业人才培养目标和岗位需求的职业能力,从建立工作室运行机制、构建"双师型"教学团队、设计情境教学、开展技术服务、优化评价方法等方面入手,提出工作室模式人才培养的具体措施和方法.通过上述措施,优化专业人才培养方案,深化产教融通、校企合作,拓宽学生成长成才道路,提升应用型创新人才培养质量.
Abstract
The studio model is an effective way and practical approach for vocational colleges to implement innovative talent cultivation,this article analyzes the professional abilities of talent cultivation goals and job requirements in the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment technology,starting from establishing a studio operation mechanism,building a"dual-certificate"teaching team,designing situational teaching,conducting technical services,optimizing evaluation methods,and other aspects,Propose specific measures and methods for talent cultivation in the studio model.Through the implementation of the above measures,it will promote the optimization of professional talent training programs,deepen the integration of industry and education,and school enterprise cooperation,broaden the path of student growth and development,and improve the quality of applied innovative talent training.
